Interview with Bret Contreras

Super interesting episode with the “glute guy” himself. Really liked hearing the story of his rise within the fitness industry and the thought process that goes into his training methods for clients. Interview flowed well and audio quality was great.

This was my first episode of LTB but will definitely be back for more.
