This is my favorite of the 9th Age podcasts for a variety of reasons. The shows are long for when I listen at work. The hosts are straight-up hilarious, and very clearly close friends so it always feels genuine. Contrary to what they say, the commentary and analysis is thoughtful and covers different topics: hobby, competition, fluff, rules and updates, etc. The perspective is unique, and changes often because they have guests often (also hilarious). It’s obvious they just love the game and want to talk about it (in lovely Scottish accents, of course), and that makes me want to listen. Great show and lots of back episodes!
