    Old Millennials Theory and Time Travel IRL

    Honestly just putting a voice to some odd thoughts that have been bouncing around in my head lately.  Hello loves!  Today's episode is a bit complex, overall I'm talking about age and aging in Generation X + younger, and about how our hyper-connected-social-techno world has impacted us at this very moment in time. I've been noticing this more and more in people lately, and in this episode I go into why someone might be doing this, and why it's more common lately. I also talk through how it feels to be on the other side, and the best way to get your needs met if you're in that position.  If you feel seen by this, this is a great topic to bring up in therapy or counseling.
