    Main Corpse Horror d’Oeuvres | Ep. 109 - Domino's Slice Sauce & Stoffel the Honey Badger

    This week, Kelsey has us try Domino's new Slice Sauce, a parmesan sort of ranch-ish Canes-ish sauce that is maybe for wings but they have it for pizza. Millie also gives it a try and review. Then, Kelsey gives Matt zoological lessons about the honey badger, and how they are fearless scrappy fighters in the wild, even when they come up against lions. She talks about a pet honey badger named Stoffel from South Africa. She ties this in to true crime by illustrating Stoffel's career as a pro escape artist. The Creeps also talk about dip-its, the worst chain sauces, school pizza, spoilers, JK being a DB, and nature docs.

    Main Corpse | Ep 120 Barnes Blissful Baking & LIVE From Grafton Monster Festival 2026

    This week, we're back at the Grafton Monster Festival to try delicious treats and talk to all our beloved Creeps and weirdos. We're trying Cryptid themed cookies from one of our favorite locals - Barnes Blissful Baking of Grafton, WV. Here's what we tried: Grafton Monster (Cookies and Cream: Vanilla cookie with cookie bits, vanilla Oreo buttercream), Flatwoods Monster (Mint Chip Sundae: Sugar chocolate chip cookies, mint chip buttercream, cherry topping), Big Foot (Chocolate mocha pudding pie: Chocolate cookie, mocha pudding topping, chocolate buttercream), Veggie Man (Carrot cake: Carrot cake cookie, cream cheese frosting, candied carrot) - These cookies were all unreal. Then, Kelsey and Matt share a live cyptid dive q&a with Charlie Mewshaw, co-creator of multi-award winning Arcane Carolinas podcast, and a lead natural resource science and technology expert on Lost Monster Files on Discovery, available to stream on HBO Max; and Tim Vickers, co-host of the Three Tortured Souls podcast (now closed), who has a haunted object experiment to scientifically measure whether items possess haunted conditions or abilities in a controlled setting. They also talk about the folksy shindig and Chance McCoy's impromptu performance on the Leonard's deck, buffalo chicken dip as a baller quesadilla filler, our great little mountain towns, and our favorite cryptids we'll never shut up about because cryptids rule...

    Main Corpse Horror d’Oeuvres | Ep. 108 - Korean Drinks From Korea & Yates Avenue Meth Den

    This week, Kelsey shows matt a few drinks hand selected and brought over to us from Korea: We're trying zero sugar drink mixes from Songwon in Iced Tea Peach & Mango, and Grapefruit Tea Then, Matt gives us a new new new story, because he had to. Because whoever did what is alleged here is in the running for WV scum of the year. This freaking story is about two locals charged for operating an alleged drug house very very walking-distance-close to Grafton High School, same street. After a neighbor tip, police trash raids found meth, glass and foil, needles, and fentanyl laced material. Again, close to a school, the school Matt and Britte went to as teens. The brazen audacity of it all. The Creeps also talk about Matt's hatred and our love of grapefruit, our love and Kelsey's hatred of hops, Sunny references, dinosaur chocolate, allergy survival and pain for art. Lore: Britte did not know Kelsey has a Korean cousin. Yes, I know the title matches the cadence of saying Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out. Springsteen rules.

    Main Corpse | Ep 119 Daisy & Dough Bakery & Candy Man Part 4

    This week, we grabbed excellent giant cookies from Waynesburg's Daisy & Dough Bakery at the Morgantown Arts Walk. Editor Britte is far too excited that they won one of those accuracy contests: The cookie booth set up a prize if you could push a button and push it a second time exactly 10 seconds later. Someone went first and was around 9.6 seconds. The guy trying right after did it in 10.3. Britte slammed it at exactly 10.00 and won one of the cookies we're trying today. Here's what we tried: (Absolutely entirely devoured) Nutella & M&M cookie, Caramel Toffee - We honestly mean it, this is one of the best cookies we have ever tried. Then, Kelsey concludes her excellent telling of the god awful terrible tale of Texan serial killer Dean Corll, also known as The Candy Man. Descriptions detailed of the case are graphic.     Main Corpse Horror d’Oeuvres | Ep. 107 - Spicy Dill Pickle Flavor Twists & The Vote for Dan Sullivan

    This week, just one Creep goes where we've gone before and bravely tries more pickle stuff. Matt's snackin' on new Fritos Flavor Twists Spicy Dill Pickle. They taste exactly like all of that. Then, Kelsey covers an election battle gone weird. In Alaska there is a Dan Sullivan running for US Senate. Also, there is a Dan Sullivan running for US Senate. And now their state is getting involved for whatever reason. It's two times the Dan's for two times the fun. Two Dan hats in the Sullivan ring. Also, we talk about Rainbow/Red White Blue Capitalism, pickle snacks, running for office at random for the lols, 1776-2026 merch, sticky cheese, seriously so much America 250.     Main Corpse | Ep 118 Little Paris Café & Candy Man Part 3

    This week, we tried pastries from Little Paris Café, located at 456 High Street, so towards the top end of that area, in Morgantown, WV. They're open daily 8 am-7 pm, and until 7:30 pm on Fridays. I promise we will do them again properly with full food and drink, once we have a chance to get over there. The Creeps are dying to so they can at least get another croissant. Here's what we tried: banana nut muffin, chocolate croissant Then, Kelsey continues her multi-part story on the Texan serial killer Dean Corll, also known as The Candy Man.     Main Corpse Horror d’Oeuvres | Ep. 106 - So Many Cloud Cakes, Coconut Dr Pepper & Nibbles the Deer

    This week, the Creeps celebrate someone's birthday with The Cloud Cake, which you can order from TheCloudCake.com Here's what we tried: Rainbow (watermelon, orange, pineapple, blueberry), Churro, Pineapple Chamoy w/ Tajin packet. We also try the newer Creamy Coconut Dr Pepper that folks are obsessed with. Then, Matt shares a local story about a beloved domesticated deer that was found dead. The police claim there is no foul play, but the family who owned the deer are looking for answers. CW: animal cruelty, torture. Discretion advised. Also, we talk about puck sugar at work, the old name switcheroo, TikTok shopping, customer service, Sun Bum sunscreen, soda in recipes, ass can chicken, and anything else weird that pops into our creepy heads.

    For the next few episodes, we will be trying various flavors of whole bean coffee from Bones Coffee, because we really seem to love them. We went for caramelly ones to start. Here's what we tried: Highland Grog (Butterscotch and Caramel), and Salty Siren (Sea Salted Caramel Mocha) Then, Kelsey continues her multi-part story on the Texan serial killer Dean Corll, also known as The Candy Man.
