Great health info!

The Mainly Plants podcast is great! Whether you’re trying to eliminate animal products, lose weight or get up to date on current health topics, Ryan can help. His background in nutrition and fitness sets the focus on living a healthier life through exercise, eating better, getting the right supplements and understanding how what we eat alters our bodies.

I highly recommend giving his podcast a listen!

Very informative

I enjoy this podcast. Ryan doesn’t have any problems speaking his mind and bringing up controversial topics about following a plant-based diet which I have done for several years with great success. The only thing I don’t like about this podcast is the burping at the end. :-)

Mama has a new stroller walk podcast!

I've been on the hunt for a WFPB podcast to listen to and learn from while I go on morning stroller walks. My son is almost 1, and I've been looking for some motivation to get back into the more strict WFPB lifestyle I had before baby.
I like that Ryan is funny, straight forward, and his topics are always well researched and presented in an understandable and useful way.
Keep doing what you're doing! Mama will be eating a salad today!
