She literally put a smile on my face and I found myself chuckling while listening. Just started this journey and I’m trying to absorb as much and learn as much as possible. I appreciate the amazing knowledge and down to earth approach to caregiving. I feel like I’m definitely going to be able to put her ideas to use. Thank you!

This podcast is refreshingly direct and practical. The specificity of Dr. Jablonski’s suggestions has been very helpful in shifting my attitudes (and internal feelings) as a caregiver to ones that are much more conducive to a positive response from my parent with AD, who lives with me and my family. The road is long and never easy, but these episodes have made it easier and possible, at least for now. Thank you.

I came across this Podcast late last night and am two, needed to hear, episodes in. I’ve already adjusted our morning ritual a bit. Thank You! I am a family care provider for my 97 year grandfather and am eight months into living with him. He’s diagnosed with Vascular Cognitive Impairment (VCI). Each day brings a new challenge, I can’t think of defeats at this point but rather think of how to improve. Again, just two episodes of needed info that Helps me Help him. Looking forward to the next episode.

Exactly the information we needed about 4 years ago, but happily it’s not too late!! Well organized, highly accessible to a layperson, and full of practical insights we are already using, and it is already making a positive difference in our ability to maintain a rich relationship with my sweet father-in-law.
