    Start small to make the world a better place: Lovepacks with Camie Bianco

    This episode is so special, near, and dear to my heart. The superstar herself, Camie Bianco, came on to talk all about the local non-profit organization in Oxford, Mississippi 'Lovepacks'. With the goal of combating the fight against childhood hunger in our community, Camie and a group of outstanding people got together to create what the organization is today. After the initial realization of just how many hungry children we have in the Oxford community, the group wondered what could be done to make a difference. Finally, they stopped wondering, gathered volunteers and started acting. What started with 10 packs coming out of their own kitchens has grown to an astounding 160 packs a week. Lovepacks received 501(c)3 non-profit status in 2012, and the service has expanded to the ten schools in the Oxford/Lafayette school district. This episode is so inspirational and will answer some questions on how you can get involved in your community!     If you want to listen to someone who is passionate about mental health, finding inner self-worth and learn about body neutrality, than this is the episode you!! Becca Morgan is an amazing individual who dives into her "why" behind leading by example, feeling accomplished and motivating others.
