    How ADHD Became My Superpower

    People often ask me, “How do you do all the things that you do?” In this episode, I reflect on that question and share how understanding the way my ADHD brain works, rather than fighting it, has changed everything. I talk about the predictable morning routine that grounds me, why quiet and momentum matter so much for my focus, and how I’ve learned to work in bursts instead of forcing productivity that doesn’t fit. I also share some of the very real pitfalls of ADHD, including a busy mind, distraction, and the fear of forgetting ideas as well as, the simple strategies I use to stay focused without shutting down my creativity.
