Practical, inspiring, and educational

LaTrice provides practical tips on creating healthy habits in a way that makes you feel like you can do it. Her delivery is inviting and feels like a sitting down with a friend. I walk away with action steps and something to ponder. I highly recommend Make Some Thyme.
