    07.31.26 - Morning Meditation - Appreciating the Breath

    Hello and good morning, friends. You know, we talk about the breath every time. Something about this morning had me just feeling so grateful for how I could experience the breath moving in my body. Just this steadiness that even when it changes is always there. We don’t usually have to think about it. It stays in the background, doing its job. How wonderful to be with it and show a little appreciation for all that it does. It isn’t just keeping us alive, but it can be an anchor for our attention, it can inform how we’re feeling, and so many things. So today, we’re just here with the breath as it is, appreciating the flow.     07.24.26 - Friday Meditation - Letting Go of Perfect

    Hello and good morning, friends. Often on Fridays, we talk about the exhale. We actually talk about it all the time, but especially on Fridays or these days of transitions. Today’s practice is offering you the chance to focus on the sense of letting go. While there’s some specific conversation here about letting go of perfectionism, that doesn’t have to be what resonates with you today. Maybe there’s something else that is calling to you in the exhale or in just being still for a few minutes. Perhaps, though, you are like me and sometimes perfectionism keeps you from doing a thing, maybe even from being with this meditation. So this is really an invitation for you to let that go and be with whatever is here. Thank you for being here, friends. 💗 Take care. (This meditation is from the archive.     Hello, friends. How’s your day? We’re together for a few minutes today. I hope this finds you at a time when you could use a little break, a little breath. Maybe this short meditation can help reset your day if it’s gone awry, or just give you a few minutes to center before the next thing on your calendar. I think finding a little time in the middle of anything to take a breath can be a really powerful practice to find our way back to ourselves if we’ve gotten carried away.     Hello and good morning, friends. If you aren’t a daily subscriber, this is the first time you’re hearing from me in a while. Hello again. I’ve been working through an incredibly challenging season of life to say the least. I’m finally feeling able to slowly dipping my toes back into sharing with you. If you’ve been away from meditation for awhile, this is a great time to return as we’ll be focused on short meditations for a bit. I’m hopeful they’ll be opportunities like this one: a pause to re-center, ground, and come back to yourself. Our meditation today is a chance to take a little break in your morning. Whether you’re having a busy day or perhaps you’re off for a holiday, I hope this finds you at just the right time.
