    You don't need to be fixed

    My tolerance for giving a f*ck about what anyone thinks is dwindling.  I am 44 years old and have allowed other people to influence, control or "should" me for wayyyyyyy too many years. In this episode I am sharing my personal experience of feeling like I need to be fixed before I am 100% worthy or enough.  And I also share what helps me remember how strong, brave, capable and deserving I am.     I want to be real with you (where I've been the last 5 months)

    I woke up this morning with a clear realization... I have been hiding.   I have so much I want to share with you, so many stories and insights and ideas but I don't let them move beyond my mind.  I get so scared that I am going to make a fool of myself or do it wrong.  And so I hide and not share what's 100% real for me. In this episode I stop hiding and get real with you. I talk about my pattern of hiding, where I've been the last 5 months, how my life was been turned upside down and how I am navigating all of it. I share about:  divorce, single parenting, living a messy life and how to keep going even when things are HARD.
