There are 4 main negative beliefs we recognise in Soul Level Intuitive Coaching®, Unloveable, Not Worthy, Not Good Enough and Not Safe Supported and Protected. Workarounds are the behaviours we put in place to protect ourselves from pain of these negative beliefs. While some workarounds may be useful, most of them hold us back and stop us living a fulfilled life.
