My new favorite podcast!
Kayty has so many talents & she shares so much vulnerability & warmth in her podcast. She is a great host, teacher, learner, and has the biggest heart. You can hear her love for connection and fostering relationships in the way that she asks guests questions. She dives in to both easy and difficult topics and let’s you know that you too can feel comfortable inviting people over and share a safe space at the table. She has an incredible story about how she traveled and lived in Thailand for 4 years, what led her to where she is today and where she wants to go. She is the type of person who will hold your hand and make room for you at her growing table. This podcast will make you laugh and maybe even cry because it gets deep in the best possible way. Did I mention her voice is like warm honey? Yep, it’s so calming and the perfect podcast to turn on when you’re on a walk, winding down after a long day or even cleaning the house. Definitely recommend!
