Hey I’m Kaia and I’m just trying to figure out how to make the bed I want to lie in at night. 26 and realizing I’m not where I thought I would be at all when it comes to life, career, and everything in between. I want to find the little things throughout the day and week to make life feel more successful AND enjoyable. Want to come along??     I think Taylor Swift said it best when “No one likes a mad woman, what a shame she went mad”. And guess what I’ve been lately?? A mad woman. Or I guess just someone who has been more irritable than not. I talk about this side effect of my medication and how I am consistently trying to overcome it. But thank goodness we’re all irritable together!! I get to read off the things that make us a little angry and then get to walk through the steps that I’ve tried over the last month.
