Could probably be edited to be 25% of current length. Not a Q&A format, more like a guest giving a lecture in front of his computer’s microphone. Tips were pretty obvious like: make sure your spouse wants to move to that city too, ask about leadership changes, ask current employees if they’re happy, ask questions to look like a good applicant.
