Interesting and Valuable Topics
Excellent podcast. I really enjoyed " How Aikido helps you diffuse team conflict". This is a super interesting and valuable topic. Learning techniques to deal with difficult conversations and conflict is vital. I like the concept of disarming the energy (conflict) coming toward you and shifting (turning the same direction as the person that is in conflict) and taking perspective. Essentially, we are replacing ego with a method to resolve conflict.
