I used to listen to this daily and it was so useful during difficult times. I’m so disappointed that the majority of the podcast is now talking about her app… she always advertised it but now it is the majority of her podcast. I understand this is her revenue but be up front that you are no longer offering free daily meditations.

What an amazing podcast! I’ve always wanted to start meditating, but never knew how to even begin. My mind is always on go mode so I was always worried that I wouldn’t be able to meditate if I couldn’t shut off my thoughts and being guided through each episode has taken the pressure off of meditating for me. Mary takes the time to educate me as well, which has been the golden egg of meditating. I begin each morning with her daily guided meditation. It really sets the tone for my day and my week!
Ads are too loud meditation part too silent

Really uncomfortable how loud the ads are and how they basically cause the opposite of the effect I want to feel when I’m meditating.
