Taylor Frankie Paul | Social Media Addiction | Cult Behavior | Child Abuse | Weaponizing Mental Health

Taylor Frankie Paul, the leader of MomTok and a glorified mormon thirst trap, quickly turned from the life of the party to online meltdowns, social media rants, police interventions, DV cases, and child custody battles. She's graced our televisions on Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives where we've seen the lives of some of the most popular influencers in Utah. Taylor is known for her spitfire personality, accountability, sharp tongue, and no nonsense demeanor. She was even chosen as this seasons Bachelorette, which was swiftly pulled a week before it was set to air, as soon as her infamous DV tape was released by her now ex-boyfriend, Dakota. Her timeline on social media has been very up and down, resulting in her recently crashing out online and lashing out at the people around her, very publicly. It's not only concerning to watch as a viewer and a former fan, but even more concerning to watch her fans (cult) support the spiraling and erratic behaviors. On this episode we'll be outlining observations of Taylor's time on social media, including: addiction to social media, parasocial relationships with her cult following, abuse against children/unsafe environments, weaponizing mental health/trauma, and more. This is not meant to diagnose or figure out what's 'wrong' with Taylor, this is commentary based on observations of behaviors that have been repeated over several years, both on social media, released footage, and television.  If you or someone you know is experiencing Domestic Violence visit: https://www.thehotline.org Fan Mail Here Support the show

How To Save Your Own Life

I wanted to close off this year with some positivity and maybe a kick in the butt. 2025 has been the hardest, most challenging, beautiful, insightful and needed year of my life. A lot of us are experiencing burnout, growth periods, feeling lost, isolated, unworthy in life, mental health struggles, grieving loved ones/past versions of ourselves, personal development, new chapters that feel scary and uncertain; and just - life. It's hard, it's all hard.  For me, I fell into myself and imploded. But this time was different. Instead of doing it on my own, to crawl back out - I did it with aid and support. So if you're feeling lost or truly unwell - here are my 6 steps to getting your life BACK. I truly believe in these steps and in combination, they really saved my life. The last 3 months have been nothing short of amazing, difficult, gut wrenching, and life changing. I know I still have a lot of hard work to do. I think that's the whole point. Knowing the work is never really 'done'. But feeling the progress, seeing the results, and sitting back and saying, "Look at how far I've come". That's true growth. It's not boastful - it's truthful, it's honest, hard work. It's humble. ***If you're experiencing thoughts of self harm please seek immediate help.***  And if you're listening in hopes of aiding a loved one who is struggling - you've come to the right place. Just know this is just a piece of it - professional help is the ultimate solution. We can't do this work on our own. Support your loved ones, hold them close.   Instagram: @manicandmedicatedpodcast_ Fan Mail Here Support the show
