    You're Getting Very Sleepy...

    In an attempt to enjoy training for next year's marathon I thought it would be a wonderful idea to get hypnotized to enjoy running. On this week's episode, hypnotherapist Daniel Ryan from The Center for Integrative Hypnosis. I asked Daniel if he could hypnotize me to enjoy training, and it turns out that hypnotherapy doesn't work like it does in the movies.     It's Hot And I'm Doing Yoga

    This week I tried yoga for the first time and made the mistake of thinking that it would be a leisurely activity. It's not, it's actually really tough. I took a class at NYLovesYoga.com and spoke to my instructor Lucas Hall about all of the benefits that yoga has to offer for people getting in to shape. I also discovered first hand how miserable heat exhaustion can be.
