    Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 33!! The boys discuss the pain of their respective weeks. From bramble injuries to tooth extraction failures and everything in between. Todd joins the Bourton 10K preview excitement and it seems does not take the bait expertly laid out by Tim, based on Farmers and Bridges. He's on the night shift and gives short shrift. The boys chat to Laura Bartlett-Short who is a year ahead of Tim in terms of marathons and not only does brilliantly on Goldie's brambled playing, but also passes on some useful tips about Manchester. Question of the week, opens upthe questions of "what gets us out the door" with a range of great answers. Tim is yet to decide whether he will run to music or not in Manchester, but the boys work on creating the perfect marathon playlist. Feel free to join in!! Andy discuss the nototiously difficult 3rd album and covers the reality of life on tour whilst Tim fantasises about MARMFEST. The boys chat to Amy Broadfield, a rapidly improving runner, 4 years into her running career, who may well just be the Goldy on Guitar guest to wipe clean the memory of last week's disaster.     MARMCAST Episode 31: Alex

    Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 31!! The boys have been running in the cold and wet. Andy is c**k a hoop with his home made butter and Tim is wearing a hooded blanket.  The boys chat to Alex Bodin, a new Youtube Ultra Runner who has experience of the Manchester Marathon and may very well be the most inept guest on Goldie on Guitar in its short history. Truly, truly awful. As well as chatting to Alex, it's always good to catch up with an old friend, as the Doc makes his first post Christmas return, and quickly forms an addiction based WA group. The boys review the traditional Curtain Raiser at the Warwick Half Marathon (Charity Shield) and wonder aloud where the missing llamas were.     MARMCAST Episode 30: Phil

    Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 30!! Another milestone!! MARMCAST is 30!! For at least 20 mins, the boys waffle excitedly after a week away watching the Traitors Finale. What has been happening? The boys chat to Phil Cuff an MK based runner, who plays a law enforcement themed game of Goldy and discusses all things marathon. Andy discusses his own decision to postpone his marathon attempt, whilst Tim takes Andy through the Boddington 10 Miler and updates on his Runna experience. The boys build up to the traditional Curtain Raiser at the Warwick Half Marathon (Charity Shield) as well as posing the Big Question, "Which part of your Running Kit can you NOT do without?" Dawn and John take us through their running experience, as well as treating MARM to a game of Mr and Mrs. Goldy on the Guitar guest Steven, talks about playing for the Blues as a Villa fan playing the hardest game yet of Goldy.     Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 28!! Happy New Year!! This week Andy and MARM discuss their Shop Bought, Pizzas, Andy's Outdoor Oven aspirations and the dangers of double cheesing his dough. Driving in the snow and Bin collections are also covered in inordinate detail within the first 30 mins. With the cancellation of the nation's parkruns, Andy has a 10K at Boddenham to report back on, the very first race to make it to the top of the 2026 Race Ladder. So far, our runaway leader. Goldy on the Guitar guest John, has the bad manners to have the wrong surname, so that Tim wastes a perfectly good sausage gag and MARMCASTERS flood Andy's sacks with their Hidden Gems.     MARMCAST Episode 27: TQ

    Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 27!! Happy New Year!! This week Andy and MARM discuss their Christmas and New Year's experiences. 150 Party Poppers vs Ronan Keating and a polite retreat. Both of the boys have been parkrunning, Andy has finally done some tourism, despite being a reluctant passenger in the back of a family car. As well as Parkrun Parables, the boys are very excited to welcome Todd Quiney, creator in chief of "Q on the Run", the youtube channel in which FIVE brothers share their very rapid running journey. So excited are the boys by Todd's availability, they load him up with Quiz after Quiz.     MARMCAST: Christmas Special

    Welcome to MARMCAST! It's Episode 26!! This week Andy and MARM celebrate Christmas early, by discussing their secret wrapping escapades and whispering about what Santa may (or may not) be bringing this year. Also discussed are Movie Guilty pleasures, with some common themes. As well as Parkrun Parables, a bursting mailsack and a few shoutouts, the boys play Goldy with an unexpected guest as the wheels very quickly come off the pod.... But aren't they always the best episodes? Another old friend breaks away from his evening out to pop in and say hello and the boys share their 2026 bookings exclusively with MARMCASTERS.
