This is the perfect time to work on vaccinating our communication...our outer expression of our inner selves. We fight against the pandemics of fear, assumptions and untruth. In seeking to truly understand one another - we become bridge builders. We can find a way to cross over the confusion to connect instead of condemn. Instead of trying to build a case against someone, we often build a case around someone. Making them fit into the container of our own ignorance.If you communicate from a place of fear, you’ll have more to be afraid off.
