The journey is messy (it’s not about being perfect!) and I really resonate with the podcast’s mission to share that it isn't about perfection, but instead leaning into any discomfort to really let yourself experience your life. Being 25 also, she knows what I’m going through and her podcast brings so much authenticity and realness which is hard to find these days.
