    How To Not Pick the Wrong Goals To Go After in 2025

    One of my favorite decision making processes goes like this: identify what didn't work, learn from that, don't do it again.   It may seem simple, but when it comes to setting and chasing goals, there are a lot of ways it goes wrong, then we give up and sit in the feeling of failure.    I don't want you to do that in 2025.    While dreaming big is exciting, aligning your goals with your vision, values, and long-term success is essential.   In this episode, discover why doing less—but better—leads to faster progress and how clarity in your goals creates momentum. I share personal insights from my journey as a high-achieving entrepreneur and break down a practical, aligned goal-setting process rooted in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you move into the new year with intention and focus.
