Changed my life

I was living with pre-diabetes the past few years & was feeling frightened about the possibility of a future filled with daily insulin injections and declining health. I came across this podcast 8 months ago & it has changed my life! I have lost 20 pounds & my blood test results this week show I am no longer pre-diabetic! I also feel better than I have in years. I still have about 25 pounds to lose but I know weight loss will continue as I keep on the course. I am more committed than ever to follow this lifestyle forever! I love all the delicious foods I get to eat. Thank you, THANK YOU, Robby & Cyrus!!

Life Changing!

I stumbled across the Mastering Diabetes team as I was looking for diet suggestions to address prediabetes. These podcasts are fascinating, filled with information and entertaining. I have a health sciences background and I love hearing material that goes deep into the reasons why this approach is effective. I have been following their suggestions for a little over a month. I have lost weight - the last 10 pounds I didn’t dream I could lose- effortlessly. I have more energy, and for some reason, my arthritic knees no longer hurt. I recommend these podcasts to anyone who is interested in the science behind effective lifestyle changes for health.
