MATH 121: Calculus I - pc
This collection covers plane analytic geometry; functions, limits and continuity; differentiation and integration of algebraic and trigonometric functions with applications. Applications include: related rates, optimization, areas, volumes, arc length, surface area, work done, hydrostatic force, center of mass, and centroids. Items include both video recordings on topics and PDF files with detailed explanation and ample examples. Use of technology such as graphing calculators and/or websites will be introduced. The content of this collection covers standard topics taught in Calculus I at any colleges. Students taking Calculus I can use the items as free resources to supplement their learning in face-to-face, hybrid, or online classes. High School students can use the content to prepare for their entrance placement at the colleges to which they will be applying.
