Fat Dish: Fair Memories, Corn Friends, and Medical Anti-Fat Bias

It’s the Fat Dish! Cat and Saraya catch up to talk about being corn friends, what they’ve been up to, media consumption, business plans in the enamel corn game, and health musings whilst fat. Saraya also overuses the phrase “in any case”. What fun!

Susie Higgins ,

One of my fave podcasts!

MoF is one of my fave podcasts. The interviews are always so insightful and I love the fat dish and dirt and discourse segments of the show that move beyond body positivity into fat liberation. I always come away with learning something new and have so many big belly laughs during the listen. I am bummed this is the final season of the show but am so grateful MoF has been on for so long. It’s truly a gift to the fat community especially if you have Midwest connections.

Long time listener

Incredibly biased because I enjoy these two A LOT. But, I wanted to put it out in the review world too. Having a conversation around fatness and the Midwest is deeply radical. The fact this has been going for FIVE seasons is morning but a feat. So thankful ❤️

sophwarrick ,

It’s a 10/10 from me ! ✨

I love this podcast (however I am very biased). These lovey people have given me so much clarity and reassurance on many feelings I haven’t been able to name, new ideas and people that I now love, incredible recommendations and advice all grounded in radical fat liberation. Love love love!
