Along the way they discuss how PMs use and mis-use specs when communicating up, out, and around. Todd makes an impassioned plea to keep "Product" thinking in your Product Management -- and implores you to remember that "Tech" expertise is part of the bargin. Raj, as usual, keeps Todd on track, and reminds us that not everything is always rosy.
