Start the habit you have said you were going to start for months now. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, congratulations—this is it. Here’s the part nobody wants to hear: Momentum is a decision. And it starts with the smallest movement. Pick one: A tiny health win (walks, water, sleep, gym, yoga, literally anything) A personal care win (haircut, wardrobe, clean the space, update the resume) A relationship win (forgive somebo, or stop dating the human migraine) A brain win (read 10 minutes before bed, learn Spanish, new playlist, new skill) Do one move today.
