MCU Reality Shifting

Tbh I really enjoy it! it’s very calming but I just have to say a family member recommended this and personally you all can have your own beliefs but shifting is just another way similar to lucid dreaming with a different term. So if you need to lucid dream you can look into studies for that and I have found is actually very possible that it’s easier to train your brain and you can practice by having dream that have all these wild ideas if you work hard enough it might actually work! now this is really good because it is a high recommendation when the training of lucid dreaming if you meditate and imagine what it will be like in so if you really meditate and eventually fall asleep it will help with us but if you want to do you so-called shifting look more into lucid dreaming the to realize studies because I have looked into my real studies and have been able to do it not shifting but lucid dreaming but overall this is a really good soundtrack and I love it! Lucid dreaming is the thing that tricks your brain into dreaming about a certain thing stored in your memory so what I’m saying is I have found it easier and would recommend to any one of you that if you really want to do so called shifting it could be useless and lucid dreaming is better because you can trick your brain into doing it and it’s a lot more logical but have fun when you are able to do it! (lol believe it or not but while i was typing this i was listening to it and it is pretty great)

I think it would be really cool if you uploaded shifting to Hogwarts subliminals with rain, hp music, and voices from the movies!
