    Kapalbhati Breathing Meditation- 3 Rounds

    Kapalbhati is a powerful breathing technique involving passive inhalation through the nose and active exhalation also through the nose. With each exhale, the belly button draws back toward the spine, creating a rhythmic, pumping motion in the abdomen. This guided meditation includes three rounds of Kapalbhati, each followed by two types of breath retention: External retention (Bahya Kumbhaka): After fully exhaling, the breath is held outside the body, with the lungs completely empty. Internal retention (Antar Kumbhaka): A gentle sip of air is drawn in and directed up the spine, while attention and awareness rest in the center of the head, at the pineal gland. This practice is designed to energize the body, clear the mind, and help you enter a deep meditative state. Feel free to comment below with any questions or reflections.

    While traveling, I find it very important to have a sleep routine that helps settle the body down and let go of what happened during the day. I also love to align to the frequency of creation and allow this life force to repair my body and bring it into the most aligned vital and vibrant frequency. I recorded this meditation for myself as I was traveling through Asia and have been using it every day. It’s been remarkable how deep and restorative my sleep has been and I share it now to pay it forward. I hope that it helps you get the most incredible night of sleep. I use techniques based on subconscious reprogramming and yoga nidra in this meditation.
