Where I told my story of addiction, rehab, the tribulations that led me there and the strong, deep, life changing and sometimes ugly realisations that have made me feel free. Stories like mine and so many others need to be shared even when the shame or fear of judgement lingers in the air. I am sharing this again today during these uneasy times to remind you that ... You are NOT alone. I was there TOO. I AM there too.
