Practice The Presence | David Dirmann

Anything that is valuable in life requires practice. Without practice, we default to natural reactions instead of intentional responses. In this message, we look at the life of King David through Psalm 27 and see how he faced fear, anxiety, opposition, and enemies rising against him. Yet in the middle of those pressures, David anchored his life on one thing—the presence of God.David began his life as a psalmist, and even after he was chosen to be king, worship never left his heart. He became King David, but he remained David the worshiper. We may face different tests and trials today, but we have the same source available to us. Everything around us may feel uncertain, but one thing remains certain: God is, and will always be, enough. The question is not whether God’s presence is available. The question is whether we will practice returning to it.Because when we do, His presence becomes our peace in anxiety, our strength in opposition, and our confidence in every season of life.💙 Give Online → https://clr.cm/Vo4W➡️ Say YES to Jesus → https://clr.cm/nmO4🙏 Need prayer? Friends for Life: What Makes a Friendship Last | Relationships Matter 4 | David Dirmann

Not all friendships are equal. Some are social. Some are seasonal. But some stick closer than blood. In Part 4 of our Relationships Matter series, Pastor David teaches what Scripture calls covenant friendship — the kind of friendship that doesn’t drift, disappear, or dissolve when life gets difficult.Proverbs 18:24 “A man who has friends must himself be friendly. But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” We live in a culture full of connection — but not always covenant. Most people don’t struggle to make friends. They struggle to keep them. Through the example of David and Jonathan (1 Samuel 18:3), this message contrasts casual friendships with covenant friendships and reveals what makes friendships truly last. This message will challenge you not just to look for friends for life — but to become one. Be the friend who stays. The friend who refines. The friend who strengthens. The friend who forgives. The friend who aligns. The friend who sacrifices. That’s how friendships last. 💙 Give Online → https://clr.cm/Vo4W ➡️ Say YES to Jesus → https://clr.cm/nmO4 🙏 Need prayer?
