Brain fog, Fatigue and Cellular Health

Brain fog, Fatigue and Cellular Health

Did you know the human body has over 37 trillion cells? Each of these cells has a membrane - the membrane has been nicknamed the brain of the cell as it controls a lot of what is happening for the cell. You need a healthy membrane if you want a healthy cell.
Within your membrane, you have a phospholipid bilayer.
Think of the phospholipid bilayer as a channel. It holds the structure of the cell, provides storage of fuel but most importantly it provides a communication link and allows the passage of nutrients in and toxins out.
Phospholipids have many health benefits. They help with mental focus, brain function, energy production, healthy aging, cellular health, detoxification, and more.

My angel sent from heaven for holistic menopause information

Dr Harrington is a wealth of knowledge about a natural approach for menopause. I love her quiz & her interactive book! I love these podcasts too! I was looking for a way to get through my weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats and fatigue without using anything that comes from big pharma. Thank you Jennifer Harrington! 🙏

Hello! I’ve just discovered your podcasts. I’ve been looking for education like this for about 13 years. Thanks to you, I’m finally starting to feel more in control of menopause. I can now see it as a friend and not a foe.
