Mental Me is a space for a mental health conversation that is raw, open, honest, and most of all real. Created by someone with bipolar, depression, anxiety, and a survivor you will get a window into her real struggles and real healing.

We also touch on Jem's own story and how she turned her life around to a positive outlook after trauma.

She recently got a puppy. Plus, we touch on journaling and how you can use that as a tool.
