    We all know what confidence is, or at least have an idea of what it is. And... a lot of us could use a little more of it. Today I give a brief introduction to Albert Bandura's Self-Efficacy and The Theoretical Model of Self-Efficacy. You'll learn the four ways this theory tells us we gain confidence (or... more specifically - self-efficacy).
