 it is about creating those connections and how using intention words really helps to drive your year…  my intention word for this year is,  I hope you guess it but listening so you can know what it is


 honestly it was hard for me to admit my challenges and what didn't work and here I am taking that radical self-responsibility in order to show that I am human and then we all go through these things and that's okay and as long as we have the connection the community and the ability to know that there is a safe space for you to share as and many things can actually happen and take place.
