1 1/2 ounce Bulleit Bourbon (in honor of our bullet proof president)1/2 ounce Amaro1/2 ounce lemon juice1/2 ounce simple syrup1 rosemary sprig for garnish (and banishing demons)
Put all liquid ingredients into a shaker filled with cracked ice and shake very wellStrain into a cocktail glass filled with cracked iceGarnish with rosemary sprig
Chant your Demon Be Gone! incantation.

Absinthe, to rinse2 ounces cognac1/2 ounce simple syrup3 dashes Peychaud's bittersLemon peel for garnish
Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned glass with Absinthe, fill with crushed ice and set aside.Fill a second glass with ice, add the cognac, simple syrup and bitters and stir until well chilled.Discard the ice and excess Absinthe from the first glassStrain the contents of the second glass into it.Express the lemon peel oils over the top of the drink and garnish with the peel.

2 ounces Bourbon3/4 ounces Cointreau1/2 ripe, pitted peach1/2 a lemon1 tsp sugar cane syrup6-8 mint leaves
Muddle the peach, lemon, mint and syrup. Add Bourbon and Cointreau. Give it a stir.Strain and pour over crushed ice.No dressing required. You can drink this naked.

Necromancer
 
3/4 ounce absinthe 
3/4 ounce elderflower liqueur 
3/4 ounce Lillet blanc
1 dash London dry gin
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: lemon twist
 
Add the absinthe, elderflower liqueur, Lillet blanc, dry gin and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
