Good Podcast but super quiet.

Recording quality, voices that several actors use and the stupid music you keep pushing, like it’s some important part of the story, it could be completely left out and not change the story one bit !!!!! You can literally hear from one actor, to the one that’s supposed to be standing next to them and the sounds completely changed. And what’s with Wes and one of the females sounding like they are talking while clenching their teeth shut !!! Sounds ridiculous !!! You have a great story line, too bad you didn’t put as much quality into the rest of it !!!!!

Episode 1 What I liked the most was the radio stations and news anchors. I thought that part really added to the story building. The song was great too. The voice actor for Bianca has a really good voice, it’s calming and familiar. I love how anger. So excited for Season 2! Looking forward to more.

I’ve only recently started exploring audio dramas, and Meteor City is super impressive with its compelling story, believably flawed characters, and wonderful production quality. The voice acting is outstanding (especially Bianca’s VO), and the show does a much needed service in highlighting diverse characters and stories without tokenizing them. Of course none of the above would matter without the great story and writing. Bianca is a very relatable protagonist who touches on some powerful themes of coming home and dealing with trauma, and the supporting characters of Wes, Dee and others are both great foils for Bianca while being interesting in their own right. Very much hope they will be able to make a season 2!
