Love the podcast Plz keep it coming Spreading the knowledge

I was really excited about this podcast when I heard about it. We struggle everyday with smart multi, city multi etc. trying to give my clients the best solution. I have a hard time competing bc I have to spend so much time trying to decode the MET language. I was hoping to get some efficient pointers here that might be helpful. my time is too valuable to hear you talk about food and the bathroom. I really need to understand this stuff. There’s too much work and not enough technicians. We really need to honor our time better. you the manufacturer are out -running our technicians at break neck speed and you are BSing on this podcast just like the techs do in the field. I think it’s incredibly disrespectful to us technicians and to the industry.

As a huge fan of Mitsubishi Electric HVAC products and podcasts in general, this podcast is a dream come true. Keep the shows coming!
