Matt and Johnny wonder what the landscape of fitness is going to look like post-pandemic, and how they dearly miss sports.     In this episode of the MF Training Podcast, Matt checks in to see what everybody's pulse is like a month into the quarantine due to COVID19. He discusses some of the positives that have come to light amidst the negativity, and how the quarantine has allowed him to develop a consistent routine. Matt speaks on the importance of consistent exercise while not over-training in order to keep your immune system firing on all cylinders. The quarantine has given Matt the opportunity to focus on things he otherwise would not be able to, and he's thankful for that.

He holds an MS in Exercise Science and has had several years of professional experience in the strength and conditioning industry. Currently, he’s the head strength and conditioning coach at Spring-Ford HS in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Will is the first guest to appear on the MF Training Podcast, and I'm super happy to have him.
