    Mia Jaye’s Diary Series

    As you all may know I’ve gone through some rough patches in my life… I’ve experienced losses that have left me feeling alone and destitute, but by the grace of God, my kids, my community and family, I have been given supernatural strength to persevere. With that I’ve also found the need to seek bereavement counseling and document my feelings and grief journey. Through journaling and creating an audio diary I have been able to filter through my feelings. My diary has become my outlet, without any restrictions. There is no schedule, no perfect time to post or being grammatically correct here. It is only room for me to be me… Mia Jaye

    Ep 12: There Is Always Collateral Beauty

    During this conversation on the toolbox, Mia discusses how she found consolation, inspiration, and meaning from a tragic situation that she experienced which she discussed in episode 11, listen here. She also shares the importance of a voice recording between her and her brother Jeremy that was created one year prior to his violent death in May of this year. Through this conversation that Mia and her brother had, she was able to find a purpose and direction, which allowed her to connect spiritually with her lost loved one. This episode breathes new life into Mia’s brand of being a MOM-E-O, which means being the mom and a CEO of your household, business and life. This is the concept that Mia and Jeremy explain during the recorded conversation in an effort to encourage women to embrace their multiple roles as a leader, mother, and total boss. Tiffany  is a passionate first grade educator in Detroit, Michigan who finds fun & innovative ways to teach learning concepts to children. She is certified to teach K-5th in all subjects, 6th-8th English/Language Arts and her specialty is Kindergarten and 1st grade. She's a literacy advocate and loves to teach reading.     Bonus Episode: Changing with COVID-19 ⁣

    During this episode of #MiaJayesToolbox, Mia Jaye announces the changes that the podcast will undergo due to the recent changes brought about due to Covid-19. Season 1 of the Toolbox was initially entitled “ShowerTalkSaturday, '' which was geared towards inviting grown-ass women to end their week focusing on themselves after exhausting themselves all week. However, considering the many changes that have taken place so rapidly, the team behind the Toolbox decided that starting the week with tips, tools and support would potentially appear most beneficial and appropriate opposed to the end of the week..
