An architect for every occasion/project
We, at Schaefer Custom Homes, specialize in building custom homes and remodels here on the Central Coast. I have known Michael for some time now and have seen him deliver a very high level of service for several owner/clients. He is great at listening to his clients and helping them understand how to best solve their design and planning issues. We have referred Michael to several clients and he has delighted every one of them. It is not easy to pick your way through the process of building a project in our current climate of excessive regulations and planning constraints. Having an architect like Michael on your team makes a huge difference. He will help you navigate your way through and even enjoy the process. I highly recommend Michael for your next building or remodel project.
