Don't start work until you have these!

Video producers and budding filmmakers, when you are running your video production business, there will be a temptation to jump the gun. A temptation that might take you sometime - if left unchecked - for you to counteract. The temptation is to assume you have a deal when you don't yet truly have a deal. You can't obsess over the gig, the resources you will devote to it, the mental energy in creating a glorious video, or the price tag or anything else unless you have all of these check boxes filled in before you hit record.
