Very well done

I really enjoy this podcast. First, all the news about the upcoming Hobbit movie and other Tolkien happenings is related. Then, the podcasters cover one topic in depth, such as the istari, the rings of power, or Sauron. The interaction between father and son is charming. Nice job, guys.

Top Notch

I am delighted with every one of these informative home grown podcasts that bring an immense body of Tolkien knowledge. I especially enjoyed the last dozen or so of them. There's so much info I keep thinking there's going to be a test! It is an essential for anyone seeking a deeper knowledge of Middle-Earth lore, especially episodes 10 or 11 onward. Just call it Tolkien 101!

Awesome podcast!

Due to the scarcity of good LotR podcasts floating around on the interweb, I've found this particular cast to be one of, if not, the best LotR podcasts out there. I'm totally digging the father/son team. They give great in depth analysis over the Lord of the Rings, the Silmarillion, Book of Lost Tales, and any other lore you may be thinking of exploring in the Tolkien universe. Other than checking "onering.net" you probably won't find a better source of news concerning the upcoming Hobbit film. The only problem I have with Middle Earth Minutes is that I really wished they'd keep up with they're two week schedule! C'mon guys! You two keep me my mind occupied when I take my 15 mile bike rides.
