    382: Kung fu and action camera

    23:52 08.02.2026 I’m recording everything now My thoughts are coming together better I’m understanding marketing more I have great appreciation for shoalin monks Im practicing japanese consistently Im going up and down the stairs in my building often (very meditative) I went swimming and interval running this week I had dinner with two friends I stretched and did kungfu exercises with Liz I did really well in sparring sessions From idea to execution Job still has odd energy Kitkat was fun - I was a black demon Took mini dose of Mushrooms with ‘keep me secure’ intention Wrote the whole night the next morning Aeon flux is an interesting reality Ice on floor got easier Pausing USC

    381: Ice on Floor

    20:15 01.02.2025 I’m coming back to focus again. Looking forward to it. Love you Khalid. Let’s go. This is a phase of coming back to focus. Understanding what structure is. Having a plan and moving forward. And shibari, somehow. I went to a shibari jam on Thursday and chilled immensely. The atmosphere was so calming. The focus everyone gave while being so calm with such ambient music.

    378: Acknowledging Sadness

    22:37 11.01.2026 recorded on the 9th at around 10pm I’m uploading this from the airport as I wait for the border control. Had a horrible sleep on the plane and felt a bit.. odd Have been rather uncreative days and haven’t been able to write as I’d like. Guess it’s the movement Letting go of something again and allowing for something new. Let’s see how we grow and deal with this city. I wanted to cry. A lot. And held it back. The sadness is real. And it’s fine. An opening of my heart.

    377: Recovering from Injury

    14:31 04.01.2026 Feels sad to know I’m leaving here soon. I see how emotionally regulating it is to have people around you who treat you as people instead of another object in their atmosphere. I understand why I broke at my ex housemate how I did. And how that energy and selfishness around me isn’t something to admire or appreciate. I see that I’m forgiving of people too much instead of taking a stance at them that revives the energy I have in me. I can release that energy. I can also see how letting emotions out in front of people who can hold them is quite great to move on quickly from things instead of holding on to them over and over. I see how I’m procrastinating at work because I made it something thay it really isn’t in my head. I need to drop that and work well. Alohaaaa
