Midtown Tourists

The New Jersey music scene is quite influential and includes mainly the rock/punk/harcore scene, but there is always those individuals who strive to write music that is a divergence from this never-ending mainstream music. A prime example of these individuals are the members in The Midtown Tourists. Their indie/rock/folk sound is soothing and gives the listener a natural high. There featured song, Make You Mine takes the homogenous New Jersey music scene and throws it down the drain and replaces it with mellow and ripe lyrics and melodies. So sit down, relax, throw on the Midtown Tourists. I guarentee you'll be impressed.

Great song! I like the mixture of folk and soft rock. Are there any more songs? Hopefully they'll be good as this first one. You should definitely download it! Its not a perfect recording but its FREE and maybe they'll get a record deal or something so we can buy their songs. I would defnitely be the first one to buy the album.
