Episode 16: your youth is showing Pardon first off because this is a very sort of all over the place podcast, and I am sick so the voice is lacking BUT have you ever caught up with a friend and realized that how they turned out as an adult was so heavily influenced by how he or she was treated as a kid? The way we all turn out in this crazy world is of course impacted by how we grew up, our environment, family dynamics, and social circle, but I find it really interesting how many of us are aware or actually unaware of the patterns we are repeating. If you skew towards the younger audience (in your 20s), may this serve as a little reminder to really start building yourself as you truly want to be, and if you are closer to my age (in your 30s/40s), may we have peace in our lives living authentically. Episode 15: once you know what you want for yourself, you can't unsee it For some reason, it always seems like pivotal moments in life are filled with so much pressure. But the thing is: once you see what you know it is you want for yourself, you can’t unsee it. BUT to get to that point often requires doing inner work, coming to terms with who you are and who you want to be, an understanding of how you process and emotionally deal with feelings, and then a strong self-belief system to push you beyond your fears. I don't know about you but I refuse to grow old and look back, wondering "what if".... No more wondering. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it! Episode 14: don't judge yourself (just send it!) What would you do if you weren’t afraid of what others thought? Even better, what would you do if you weren’t afraid to judge yourself? Would you feel freedom? Peace? More love? Ding ding ding! This is a super rough and raw podcast that I was inspired to record because a) I needed the reminder for myself and b) I truly think that when people are able to express themselves without the conflict of opinion or “meeting certain standards”, there’s this beautiful thing that happens: discovery and flourishing of who you truly are as an artist/person/speaker/creator, etc. So why not make that a daily practice and as the title suggests, just send it? Episode 13: this is for you if you just need to freakin' START

Episode 13: this is for you if you just need to START Incoming: pep talk on self-belief and an awareness around the mindset required to start pursuing your dream life. But for real. This is more than just recognizing the mental block of fear; this is making an agreement with yourself and understanding that in order for life to REALLY change, YOU will have to a) be the one to initiate that, and b) the identity which you cling so hard to, will also undergo some sort of evolution aka you will have to let go of what you are familiar with. I believe there are signs the Universe sends us when we decide to really take on this inner work, and because I am human, I too can still get caught in moments of self-doubt and anxiousness or overthinking. However, I’ve learned how to recognize my patterns of reaction as exactly that- patterns. I hope that by tuning into this week’s episode, you gain some reassurance that what you’re feeling (when it comes to pursuing your dream) is very common, and that yes indeed, oh yes oh yes, you can truly actually do it. Hello beautiful people. Calling myself out quite a bit in today’s episode all about acknowledging one’s toxic traits. As I’ve been in a more exploratory space and getting to understand more of the root of why and how I am the way I am, I’ve learned that it can be quite useful to be able to not just recognize a change within that is needed, but acknowledge it, own it, and fully comprehend it so that a course of action can be made to produce a more preferred outcome. But is it fair to categorize people as “fair weather” friends, or are we all just busy with our own lives/living through different seasons? I started noticing that the friendships around me started changing, and no hate or bashing towards that, just a noticeable change. Episode 10: the right teacher makes a difference (booked my first private dance session) Man oh man, I love learning. I think there is something about having the brain just tingle that sets a spark of momentum for everything else in my life. Hi, hello, I’m Tina and a nerd at heart hoho. When it comes to something I like (and for whatever reason, I tend to choose challenging things or more challenging niches within a certain category), it really gets my brain turning. I booked my first dance private (and while I am just a hobbyist with dance), and it was a lot of fun. I’m so appreciative of a good, thorough push and left with so much to apply to my own practice. I was reminded that paying for proximity and experience from the right person/people really can make all the difference. This episode is a bit more rough, but heyyyy, enjoy! This is a public episode. Episode 9: so this is success (and happiness) and I ain't mad about it Felt inspired to come on and riff a little bit on what is actual success? Though I don’t meet the measurement of a traditional standard, I very much am at peace with myself and overall love my life. Is that selfish or self-love? Materialistic objects and accolades missing, but is that not successful in its own right? I wanted to record this as a reminder of what really matters and how to go after what it is you truly want. There is tremendous value in feeding yourself a positive narrative and believing it to be true (doubts and all). Yeahhh…also, I share a career path that honestly, I still can see happening some way.
