Episode 94: Angel Numbers, Puppies, & Releasing Control

Episode 94: Angel Numbers, Puppies, & Releasing Control

Do you control the outcome and events in your life? Do you always find yourself back in the hole of manipulating things to have the outcome that you want?

I believe that everything in my life has been divinely placed in my path and that my desires have already been heard. All I have to do is just be me and let things unfold on their own.

In today's episode, I'm going to share my and my dad's recent experience with the angel's number and what happened so that we were able to re-learn that everything in our life has already been planned and we can't do anything to stop those events. Whether it's a good or not so pleasant experience, it will always fall in its place. I'm also going to talk about releasing control and that whatever you do to counter the flow of the stream you will you are still going to flow down with it.

    In this episode, we'll discuss:

    The angel's number
Our previous experience with letting things fall into place
    The emphasis on releasing control

    Episode 93: Building Resilience

    Episode 93: Building Resilience

This weeks topic is an important one and it's the topic of Resilience.

Before I worked on building resilience in my life, both personal and business, I used to get knocked down HARD when things didn't go my way.

Sometimes recovering from those rejections, break ups, bad body image days, and hard moments would take weeks or months to bounce back from...

Until I learned that those disruptions we experience, could either take us down or become the entry point to deeper healing and growth.

Those bad days and even weeks still happen, but the bounce back is so much faster and has helped me be able to grow.

    In this episode, we'll discuss:

Building resilience and what that looks like/means
How my resilience got me to where I am now and why it's imperative in this work with food and body image.
How disruptions with our body image can actually allow us to build resilience
