Magical Tidbits
This podcast is everything and some! <3 I’ve had the unique opportunity of learning with Athea for the last two years as colleagues and friends. As a previous guest on the show (Please check out the show 133), I had the opportunity to engage with my soul partner in a different space. Identifying as a Black cisgender man, there aren’t many health platforms that provide a safe and affirming space to be and to allow think about the that ways that mindfulness, meditation practices help ground us in our daily lives. Yet Mindful Living with Athea provides that opportunity to be vulnerable and begin to take the journey towards healing. Furthermore, I personally enjoy being able to connect with other listeners stories to see the many similarities that we often share. As an educator, this is an excellent tool for first year educators and career educators to tap in to other stories to remain at 72 degrees even if things around us are in chaos! 5/5!
So Inspiring!
This podcast is such a great listen for anyone looking for some extra inspiration in their day. Athea is a wonderful conversationalist and has a wonderful, broad range of guests that share their own unique perspectives. Highly recommend!
