This mental health-focused pod is a conversation between two friends, one of whom happens to be a psychologist running a world-renowned anxiety clinic; the other is a former clinic patient and current mental health advocate. It's kind of like therapy, but without the confidentiality.

Episode 108: Reflecting

Episode 105: Ambivalently Yours
Ambivalence in relationships can be triggering as we can tend to layer our own interpretations and filters over the confusion. In this episode we discuss how we feel about ambivalence in various relationships and how we have both been the victims and agents of said ambivalence. Many of us are great observers but terrible interpreters and we unpack how this shows up when we feel that ambivalence from others.
